• 2005 : Doctorat de l’Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale, Discipline : Physiologie Humaine. Titre de la thèse : Utilisation des substrats énergétiques à l’exercice des enfants obèses : Effet de l’obésité, de la puberté, influence du genre. Intérêt d’un suivi longitudinal et d’une analyse conative de l’activité physique pour le contrôle pondéral.
